2. Appointments & Late Arrivals
We recommend booking your appointment in advance to secure your preferred time. If you arrive late, your treatment time may be reduced to avoid delaying the next guest, but the full treatment price will still apply.
3. Cancellation Policy
We require at least 24 hours' notice for any appointment cancellations or rescheduling. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice may be subject to a cancellation fee.
4. Health & Medical Conditions
Please inform our staff of any medical conditions, allergies, or injuries at the time of booking and before your treatment begins. Certain treatments may not be suitable for pregnant women or individuals with specific health issues.
5. Code of Conduct
We strive to provide a relaxing and professional environment. Any inappropriate behavior, comments, or suggestions towards our therapists will result in the immediate termination of the session without a refund.
